To construct a dwelling house together with all associated site development works and connections to public services

For development which will consist of the construction of a single story extension to the rear of an existing two-story semi-detached dwelling, a dormer extension to the rear pitch of the existing roof, alterations to the facades of the existing dwelling, construction of a single story workshop to the rear garden, construction of a single story storage shed to the side of the existing dwelling, and all ancillary site works

For development which will consist of the following: (1) The demolition of an existing derelict dwelling house; (2) The construction of 3 No. 2 storey dwelling houses with access off Cloughleigh Road and 2 No. 2 storey dwelling houses with access off Shallee Drive; (3) All ancillary site works and connection to public services

To RETAIN first floor extension to dwelling house and carry out minor works to same with existing connections to public sewer and water

To carry out the following development. The cosntruction of a residential development consisting of: (1) Cloughleigh Road A-Demolition of derelict house B- Construction of a Group Home with car parking, boundary treatment and associated site works and services. (2) 27 Shallee Drive, in between houses 26 and 28 Construction of a three bedroom infill bungalow with car parking, boundary treatment and associated site works and services. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project. A preliminary examination of the nature, size and location of the development has been carried out pursuant to Article 120(1) of the Planning & Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended) and it has been concluded that there is no real liklihood of sigificant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and, accordingly, an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required
