To revise the plans previously granted under reference P21/1179, providing additional first floor area, dormers to the roof, adding a carport, changing the lean to roof to the gable to a flat roof and altering the fenestration & all other associated and ancillary works

To (1) change the use of the Creamery Building to a Private Dwelling & Extend the building & all other associated site and ancillary works & (2) to RETAIN the Storage Shed to the rear of the Creamery Building

For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage a proprietary waste water treatment system and ancillary site works

For the following development: a) demolition of the existing 2 storey dwelling; b) construction of a replacement 2 storey dwelling; c) provision of a new private well and private onsite wastewater treatment system and all associated site works and services

For development which will consist of alterations and an extension to the existing dwelling house including all ancillary site works

For the following works (A) Extension to rear of dwelling, (B) Roof windows on rear of dwelling to attic space, and (C) Private garage to rear of dwelling all with associated site works
