For a) change of use of part of existing garage workshop to retail shop, b) relocate existing off-licence area to store area of existing shop, c) extend deli/food preparation area within existing shop, d) minor alterations to existing building and e) RETENTION of change of use of part of existing garage workshop to shop store area

To Extend the Appropriate Period of a Planning Permission for P15/626 for development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage, ancillary site works and connection to public services

To change use of existing dwellinghouse from bed & breakfast accommodation to private residential use and RETAIN private garage, as constructed
