To retain ground floor and second storey extension to existing uninhabitable garage, alterations to plans, elevations and all ancillary site works

To erect new casual seating area, provide level access ramp, relocate existing external shop freezer, erect new unisex WC and all ancillary site works

Of: (A) Erection of canopy structure with signage above existing ground floor entrance door. (B) Install fibre cement cladding finish to existing external lift shaft & proposed canopy structure along with alterations to existing elevations. (C) Alterations to existing carpark layout, provision of EV charging points and colour coded designated parking spaces. (D) Installation of raised planters, hard landscaping and all associated site works

For relocating the existing entrance and front boundary walls with new entrance walls, piers and all associated site works
