To construct a dormer type dwelling with a detached domestic garage, sewerage treatment unit, percolation area, erect new entrance walls and piers and all associated site works

To retain changes to layout of perimeter walls and fencing from that previously approved under planning reference numbers 05/741 and 08/163, also PERMISSION to construct a single storey machinery storage unit (224m2) together with all associated site works

To (a) create living room from existing car port, (b) conversion of existing gym in family kitchen (c) conversion of existing attic over garage in bedroom and (d) inclusion of a chimney

To retain the conversion of an existing attached domestic garage and part of a carport allowing for the creation of a one bedroomed granny flat, together with all associated site works

For (A) alterations to the size and style of existing windows, (B) construction of a single-storey entrance porch, (C) replacement of existing sunroom with an extension comprising of a kitchen area, (D) alterations to existing internal layout, (E) upgrade existing vehicular entrance and roadside boundary, (F) all ancillary site works
