For (1) the construction of single storey extension to side and rear of existing single storey dwelling/ cottage, (2) Renovation and amendments to floor plans and elevations to existing cottage (3) Construction of domestic garage, (3) upgrade existing sewerage system with the decommissioning of existing system and installation of new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area (4) and all ancillary site works

Constructing a storey and a half dwelling with detached domestic garage, new site entrance and install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary site development works

For (1) the construction of a new single storey pitched roof front extension with rooflights within both roof slopes and the construction of a new singel storey flat roof front extension to form a glazed link between he existing single storey pitched roof dwelling and the new single storey pitched roof front extension. When completed the existing dwelling and extension will remain a 3 bedroom dwelling, (2) works to the existing single storey dwelling, to include (A) internal alterations and (B) alterations to existing windows and external doors openings within the existing building elevations and (C) new windows and external doors openings within the existing building elevations, (3) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, and (4) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

For development consisting of (1) the construction of a new first floor extension over the existing single storey 3 bedroom detached dwelling to form a 2 storey 4 bedroom detached dwelling, (2) the construction of a single storey pitched roof side extension, (3) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, and (4) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development
