For development consisting of amendments to previous approved Planning Ref. 22/267 for the construction for a single storey mono pitched roof side extension to the existing single storey mono pitched Community Building. The amendments include (a) increase in floor area (of 33m2) of the ground floor extension, (b) increase in floor area (of 27m2) of the part first floor level extension, (c) change of existing first floor window size within the existing building to match the new first floor windows within the extension

Is sought to (1) construct a single storey mono pitched roof side extension to the existing single storey mono pitched community building. (A) Extension provides for 2nd Dressing Rooms with showers, storage room and public toilets at ground floor level (B) extension provides for a meeting room at part first level (c) other works to facilitate this extension include internal works within existing building (2) upgrading of existing site sewage treatment infrastructure to include expansion of the existing percolation area (3) connection to all services and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

To construct dormer extension to existing two-storey dwelling for creche & pre-school facility, incorporating a change of use of existing living room, site development works to provide play area and carparking, connect to existing services and associated works

For (1) RETENTION of detached playroom structure ancillary to existing creche and pre-school facility, including extension of site boundary and external play area. (2) Planning PERMISSION is sought to extend opening hours from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. full day care, Monday – Friday, to accommodate staggered drop off and collection times at Mini Me’s ECCE and Afterschool
