(4) Revised site boundaries and site map (5) And all associated ancillary site development works

For: (1) Demolition of existing underground slurry holding tank (2) Construction of new slatted underground slurry storage tank and feed area (3) and ancillary site works

To retain alterations made to dwelling house previously granted under planning ref. no. 99/1088. Alterations for which retention is sought include revised plans and elevations, attached garage conversion to living accommodation, attic conversion and detached domestic garage together with all associated site works

To construct (1) storey and a half type dwelling house (2) proprietary wastewater system unit (3) domestic garage and (4) all ancillary site works

To construct (1) single storey extension to rear and side of existing single storey dwelling, (2) redesign floor plan and elevations to existing dwelling, (3) relocate site entrance, (4) demolish existing domestic storage shed, (5) place balcony over existing domestic garage, (6) decommission existing septic tank and (7) construct proprietary treatment system and percolation areas and complete all ancillary site works
