The roof of the extension is designed to function as a balcony with a safety railing comprising safety glass with steel posts. The proposed development also includes the reconfiguration of the existing front patio and parking area, with the patio area extending towards the front boundary, the alteration of one existing window on the west (gable) elevation, and all associated site development works
