To (A) construct a three bay slatted shed with slurry holding tank underneath (B) resurface existing silage pit base and construct retaining silage pit walls (C) also construct a roofed dungstead and all associated site works

For the construction of a part two storey / part single storey detached dwelling house of 9.63 meters in height and 263 square meters floor area and a separate garage of 5.59 meters in height and 63 square meters floor area; a waste water treatment system and percolation area; a soak pit and all associated site works and landscaping

To install 2 no. diesel pumps, concrete apron and diesel tanks with all associated and ancillary works
