For the proposed installation of an on-site truck wash and wash bay equipment store to the north of the existing warehouse with washwater recovery system and associated drainage, underground tanks and ancillary site works

For: the surfacing of the existing hardstanding gravel areas to the north and west of the existing distribution facility, the provision of a designated parking area for HGVs and a staff car park in these areas together with all associated ancillary site works

For development consisting of alterations, extension and change of use to Slieve Rushen House to form a Heritage and Ecological Visitor Centre, including toilet facilities, café, information display etc and meeting rooms and 1 no. self catering apartment with associated improvements and upgrade to the existing vehicular access and provision of new car-parking, picnic area and play-park and connection to the public sewer

For the erection of extensions to the left & right sides of the existing building comprising of store, loading area, workshop, offices & staff area. Works to also include alterations to elevations and internal layout & associated site works

To deposit excavated material from the proposed development, the subject of planning permission PL 16/485 at Ballytherm Ltd. on their site at Rakeelan, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan as a prerequisite of further development. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

- RED III - for a solar energy development comprising ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, mounted on steel support structures, underground cabling, temporary construction compound, erection of Transformer station (11kV), laying of a permeable gravel access track, widening of existing site (field) entrance, relocation of the existing ESB overhead line, erection of CCTV poles and cameras, erection of an entrance gate, artificial berm, landscaping and biodiversity measures all associated ancillary development works, for the purpose of generation renewable energy electricity. Planning Permission is sought for 35-year operation of the solar farm following which the site will be decommissioned, all development removed and the Site restored to agricultural lands
