As constructed additional floor area at the first floor level to the rear of the golf clubhouse facility (permitted under Planning Ref: 20/442) adjoining Woodstock House (Protected Structure – RPS Ref:13-46 )

Demolition of existing staff offices and the construction of a new two storey golf clubhouse facility (to include changing rooms, members bar and kitchen facilities), internal alterations to kitchens/staff areas and change of use of existing residential unit to clubhouse/office use at Woodstock House (Protected Structure - RPS Ref:13-46), together with all ancillary site works

(a) proposed internal alterations on the ground floor to create 5 no. rooms, including bathroom facilities, for the purpose of staff accommodation and change of use from a changing room; and for (b) the indefinite retention of as built internal alterations on the first floor to create 8 no. rooms for the purpose of staff accommodation and change of use from a conference room at Woodstock House (Protected Structure – RPS Ref:13-46)

The following; a)a new door opening in the existing dining room to link to a new single storey dining room extension to the rear, b) change of use of upper floors from existing office use to guest accommodation (8 no. bedrooms/ensuites) to include removal of escape stairs and construction of new floor and partitions on level one and two and c) change of use of existing pro shop facility to provide a guest suite (1 no) including a new mezzanine floor all at Woodstock House (Protected Structure - RPS Ref 13-46), together with new found connection to public mains and all ancillary site works

Attic conversion, comprising of new 10.5 sqm single bedroom with a new window to gable end, bathroom and playroom with 1 no velux to the front and 2 no velux to the rear, all together with internal alterations and all associated site works necessary to complete the development

Two-storey rear extension (47 sqm to the ground floor & 38 sqm to the first floor) along with alterations to the existing garage & the addition of a single storey flat roof garage extension of internal floor area of 16 sqm.) Addition of a new window & façade alterations to existing North elevation
