Proposed change of house type from a 190m² single storey dwelling previously approved under Pl. Reg. Ref. 21/547 to a 230m² Single storey dwelling with proposed new detached garage together with all landscaping and associated site works. The proposal will still consist of connections to services, and upgraded vehicular entrance as previously granted under file ref 21/547

New dwelling connected to mains water and mains sewer forming new vehicular entrance on to public road and associated site works

Dormer roof with habitable accommodation over existing flat roofed dwelling, alterations to elevations and internal layout, widening of existing entrance with pillars and gates and all associated works

(A) The construction of a new detached single storey 3 bedroom dwelling with attached garage. (B) Provision of surface water soakaway to meet BRE Digest 365 standards for the new detached house along with all associated site development works, drainage, driveway access and landscaping to accommodate new dwelling. (C) Proposed alterations and modifications to existing field entrance off private lane to form a new vehicular entrance and driveway for new dwelling. (D) Removal of existing blockwork storage sheds

(1) Decommission of existing septic tank, (2) Provide new waste water treatment installation to EPA Guidelines, (3) On Revised site boundaries & (4) All associated site works

Relocating existing vehicular entrance off public road to a new location south of current entrance, new internal driveway to serve the existing dwelling and fields, relocating existing agricultural shelter to an alternative location within the site and associated siteworks
