To renovate, extend and reuse the Building known as the Old Funeral Parlour as a Dwelling and upgrade the existing septic tank & all other associated site and ancillary works

To erect two dwellinghouses and entrances and connect to existing services and all associated site works

Construction 13 no. dwelling units including roads, parking, footpaths, amenity area, drainage, public lighting and all associated ancillary site development works.

To convert existing rear store building into 2 No Apartments, 1 No 2 Bed Apartment at ground floor level and 1 No 2 Bed Apartment at 1st floor level, raise existing roof level, demolish ground floor toilet extension at rear of bar/shop and make good together with associated development works

For development which will consist of: 1. Demolish existing dressing rooms building. 2. Construct a new building comprising of dressing rooms, meeting rooms, gymnasium, tearoom, ancillary club shop, medical room, referees changing rooms and all ancillary areas. 3. To decommission existing septic tank and install a new foul sewer connection to existing Irish Water sewer network. 4. All associated works
