For the amalgamation of units no. 40a (Dealz) and Units 37-40 (Formerly Iceland) to form one single retail unit in the Shannon Town Centre Shopping Centre. PERMISSION is being sought for the outlined as well as signage, internal demolition, and all associated site development works

For development, the development will consist of an amendment to the permitted amalgamated retail unit as granted under Reg. Ref. No. 23/634 and will comprise the provision of an ancillary off - licence sales area of c. 95.1sq.m and all ancillary site services and site development works

For development which will consist of the installation of a compact modular substation and ancillary site development works; to facilitate 2 no. shared electric vehicle charging units and 4 no. charging bays and ancillary site works within a partially reconfigured parking area

To amalgamate existing retail Units A13 A14 and A15 for retail use and all associated works above and below ground.

The development will consist of change of use from retail unit to a veterinary clinic at Unit 30 Skycourt Shopping Centre, Shannon and connection to all services

For development at Ulster Bank, Unit A29, Skycourt Shopping Centre, Shannon Town Centre, Tullyvarraga, Shannon, Co Clare V14 T850. The development consists of shopfront alteration which comprise of: fitting of new branded signage (after removal of existing signage/ or over existing signage) onto existing shopfront, replacement of existing ATM with new ATM (location retained). 2 No. internally located digital marketing LED screens, to be viewed externally through the existing glazing. Minor internal alterations to existing front banking hall to consist of new internal SSBM / ATMs within a new room
