The installation of 4No. Air source Heat Pumps within the curtilage of a protected structure

Relocation of the external access lift previously approved under PRR 19/245. The application will consist of a revised position for the passenger lift together modifications to existing north-east elevation, internal modifications to areas adjoining access lift and all associated site works (A Protected Structure)

Proposed new extensions and alterations to an existing 141 sq.m. dwelling. The works will involve the following 1. An extension to front area to provide for a new entrance area circa 1.9 sq.m. 2 An extension to side of the existing dwelling at first floor level to provide for additional accommodation space circa 28,6 sq,m,. 3. Alterations to internal layout and existing elevations to cater for the new development 4. The widening and altering of the existing entrance and parking area on site to allow for 2 no parking spaces on site and all associated site works

Rear single storey extension to existing rear extension as granted under PRR 17/1417 (currently under construction) and all associated ancillary site works and services

Demolition of existing single storey kitchen along with the construction of a rear two storey extension to existing dwelling and all associated ancillary site works and services
