Demolition of existing single storey side & rear hipped roof extension to existing end of terrace dwelling. The construction of a new single storey front, rear & side ground floor flat roof, parapet walls extension, comprising of new porch, playroom, toilet, kitchen/dining room & pantry all on ground floor level. New first floor flat roof parapet wall extension, comprising of new toilet, En-suite, Master bedroom & walk-in wardrobes, all on first floor level, minor internal ground & first floor alterations, the inclusion of new solar panels to existing hipped roof end off terrace welling and associated site works
