Restoration of two derelict former farm buildings for use as storage buildings ancillary to the Ballybeg Wedding facility, change of use from an existing storage room to a room for use as part of the ceremony room, change of use of an existing storage building for use as 3 no accommodation units with associated kitchen ancillary, change of use from an existing storage room to a laundry, change of use of a previously permitted laundry into 1 no accommodation unit all of which will be ancillary to the use of the Ballybeg Wedding facility. Permission is also sought for changes to elevations and a new foul pipeline connection from the proposed accommodation units to the previously permitted Eurotank Wastewater Treatment system under granted planning permission 18/447 and all ancillary site development works

(1) Minor alterations to elevations and layout of previously granted storage sheds under file ref 19/1274. (2) Retention of existing steel silo and ancillary works, stone walls and timber cladding-required for the installation of new heating system. Full planning permission for (3) Conversion of an existing granted machinery store under file ref 19/1274 to a new kitchen facility to service wedding guests. (4) Conversion of an existing store unit to restaurant facility for the use of wedding guests. (5) The conversion of an upper floor loft space to 2 no. bedroom en suite accommodation units. (6) Proposed new lean to extension circa 191 sq.m. to the rear of the existing reception room and store (now proposed restaurant) which will provide for more suitable location for vintage machinery store, wood store and a proposed new alcohol and keg store and all associated site works
