To demolish an existing shed and an existing substandard dwelling house and to construct a new dwelling house and associated site works and to reconnect to existing public services

To construct 42 no. dwelling houses comprising 2 no. 4 bedroom detached houses, 16 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 6 no. 3 bedroom terraced houses, 4 no. 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalows, 2 no. 2 bedroom duplex units, 2 no. 3 bedroom duplex units and all associated site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been included in this application

For the erection of new boundaries, a new dwelling house, garage and entrance along with all associated site works

To construct a new dwelling house, access road, boundary wall, new entrance, private garage, with connection to water & sewerage facilities along with all associated works

To demolish existing roof structure & supporting structural frame, reinstatement of new roof frame & structure, elevational changes along with all associated works
