The proposed works will consist of a 1.0mW PV Solar Farm located to the north of the existing facility, with an area of approximately 1.91 hectares, comprising of linear arrays of solar photovoltaic panels on ground mounted frames (with associated cabling and ducting), a modular substation / inverters, hardcore site access road and all associated site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage/carport, a proprietary waste water treatment system and ancillary site works
