For the following development: to demolish part of existing extension and construct new extension to the side of the existing creche, add new solar panels to existing roof and proposed roof areas, minor internal alterations to main building, including ancillary site works

For; Change of use and conversion of existing disused attic space to create new open plan heritage centre as part of and extending the existing visitor experience and shop, together with new pedestrian access and ancillary works all at the Burren Smokehouse

To RETAIN the raised smokehouse roof which was re-constructed following a fire in 2017 at a level higher than that historically granted and built, all at The Burren Smokehouse

(Ref. No. P21/198 of outline permission), the development will consist of a gym facility to the rear of the existing sports complex, with connection to existing services together with ancillary site works
