Planning precedent report

For the following works; a) to RETAIN the roof on the shed granted planning permission under P99/942 b) Permission to add an extension onto the existing shed and to convert this shed into independent living accommodation c) to create new site boundaries for the new independent living accommodation d) to create a new site entrance at the front and new pedestrian access at the side of the new independent living accommodation e) connections to public services along with ancillary site works

To alter Condition No. 2 of P24/356. This will involve having a separate vehicular access to serve the proposed development

To demolish utility room and to construct a new two storey extension to the side of our house, also for a new front porch

To construct a new site entrance to access the rear of house from Kilquane Drive

To construct a single storey extension to the side of the house

To RETAIN bay window on front elevation of dwelling house
