Extension and alterations to existing circa 147.36 sqm dwelling and the upgrading of the on site treatment system. The works involve the demolition of an exiting kitchen extension to rear of circa 20.27 sqm and the construction of a proposed new extension in lieu of same incorporating a new kitchen and dining room measuring circa 25.28 sqm. The works will also include for alterations to the current layout and elevations.
