Dormer window to west elevation, alteration to extension at first floor level previously granted permission reg ref number 06/6100 with additional window openings, revisions to window design and floor space added in lieu of double height space, minor alterations to existing elevation consisting of new roof light to ensuite to rear, 1 no roof light to kitchen and new window to rear elevation, conservatory to rear of dwelling. Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing effluent treatment system to comply with EPA code of practice 2009, all above with associated site works
