To demolish 2no. existing mill buildings and ancillary site works.

To demolish existing dwelling and domestic garage, construct replacement single storey dwelling, provide new entrance to replace existing entrance, connection to existing services and associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For the upgrade of the Ballyconnell Wastewater Treatment Plant comprising of the following: Alterations to the existing inlet works to install a manual bypass channel with a manually raked bar screen, a new storm overflow chamber, a grit removal system and relocating the existing screen upstream of the SWO; Installation of a new above ground PFT and decommission existing PFT; Installation of a new storm tank cleaning system within existing storm tank; Installation of new storm return pumping station; Installation of a new wash water pumping station; Automation of the existing RAS/WAS system; Installation of a GRP kiosk to house electrical control panel and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.

To construct a fully serviced single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling together with attached domestic garage incorporating photovoltaic solar panels to roof and to construct entrance piers and fence to rear of existing footpath and all associated works

For alterations to floor plans and elevations of Ballyconnell Community Centre which includes (a) new entrance doors/screen with canopy surround together with ramps and handrails. (b) internal alterations to construct entrance foyer, office, disabled toilet, relocate kitchen and servery with external access (c) provide windows to existing dressing rooms and toilets and associated site works at Ballyconnell Community Centre, Doon, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan (Eircode H14AY24)

For change of use of ground floor area which currently forms part of restaurant to residential which together with self-contained apartment above will form one dwelling previously approved under planning reference no. 00/994, with alterations to floor plans and elevations
