To RETAIN extensions & car-port as constructed to the front, side and rear of the existing dwelling which differ from those granted under by Ennis Urban Council P8-15829 & P91-49 and for a shed attached to the rear of the extensions as constructed

For new percolation area and associated treatment system to replace previously proposed connection to public services for dwelling house as granted under planning ref. P17-579

For the construction of a single storey extension to existing dwelling to comprise of Kitchen, Dining, Living Room and Utility and also for Permission to Re-design and Refurbish the existing dwelling including ancillary site works
