To consist of the alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling which will also include demolition works, upgrade existing waste water treatment system with a new advanced waste water treatment system and percolation area, and all ancillary site development works

The development will consist of (1)the construction of a new two storied 3 bedroom detached dwelling with a single storey pitched roof side projection (2) the construction of a new detached garage (3) waste water treatment plant and percolation area (4) new vehicular entrance off the public road and (5) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

For the change of use of existing two-storey lofted out-building to provide habitable rooms to be used as part of existing adjacent two-storey dwelling house; provision of single storey link between the out-building and the dwelling house; upgrade of existing septic tank to a wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary site development works
