To make the following alterations to the existing dwelling house: a) demolish existing front conservatory and rear extension; b) construct new replacement extension to rear of house; c) construct new front porch; d) make elevational changes to the house; e) upgrade existing wastewater treatment system; and f) all associated site works and services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with the application

To demolish the existing sub-standard dwelling house and to construct a replacement dwelling house with minor elevational and internal layout changes along with a new private on-site domestic wastewater treatment system and all other associated ancillary site works.

To make the following alterations to the existing dwelling house. a) demolish existing front conservatory and rear utility; b) construct new orangery extension to the house; c) make elevational changes to the house and adjoining stables and outbuilding; d) convert existing stables/outbuildings to residential use ancillary to the main dwelling; and e) all associated site works and services

To construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, construct a new private garage and alter existing site entrance along with all associated site works
