For (1) elevation amendments and finishes (2) revised design of domestic garage (3) revised site layout and alterations (4) revised site boundaries (5) all associated site works

Of the following: (1) To construct a single storey dwelling house and detached domestic garage (2) To install a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area (3) To make new entrance onto the road along with all necessary landscaping and boundary treatment works and (4) all ancillary site development works

For (a) Construction of a single storey dwelling house, (b) Construction of domestic garage, (c) Installation of proprietary treatment system and percolation area, (d) Construction of new site entrance and (e) All associated site development works

For the demolition of part existing rear extension & front porch, the construction of a first floor extension and relocated front porch, complete refurbishment & upgrade works throughout, carry out associated alterations to external elevations, install new single house wastewater treatment and disposal system and include all ancillary site works

To construct storey and a half detached garage, retain single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, front porch and single storey semi-detached garage with link to existing dwelling and all associated site works

To construct a two storey type dwelling, domestic garage, form new site entrance onto the public road, install proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and complete all ancillary site works
