Construction of a single-storey bay window to the side elevation [North] of the existing property, widening of existing vehicular entrance gates & gate piers, addition of a new pedestrian entrance gate and all associated site works

Alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey detached dwelling, comprising the demolition of an existing single storey sunroom extension to the rear, and the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear and to the southern gable-end incorporating a new side entrance to the dwelling, together with the demolition of existing single storey shed structures to the rear and the construction of a new 2 storey/part single storey extension to the rear in lieu. The proposed works also comprise the construction of a new main entrance porch, a new detached single storey carport structure and separate ancillary storage shed at the southern boundary of the property, together with the relocation of the main vehicular entrance to the property incorporating a new pedestrian gate on the eastern boundary, and all ancillary site works including modifications to existing window openings and connections into existing site services

Alterations and additions to an existing 2 storey semi detached dwelling, comprising the demolition of an existing single storey kitchen/utility room extension at ground floor level to the rear, and the demolition of an existing single storey conservatory extension to the side/gable end, and the construction of a new single storey kitchen/living/dining room extension to the rear and side in lieu of same, together with the construction of a first floor extension incorporating an existing storage space at the half landing to the stairwell to the gable end, including the provision of a new velux rooflight to the same. The works will also comprise an extension to the rear of an existing single storey detached domestic garage, and the widening of the existing vehicular front entrance gates, together with all ancillary site works, including connections into existing site services

Demolition of existing shed, front conservatory extension and existing side and rear extension (total area 79.74 sqm), construction of a new single storey side extension and two storey rear extension (total area 146.13 sqm) and all associated works
