To carry out the following alterations to the existing dwelling, (1) Renovate existing two-storey dwelling comprising of alterations to elevations, internal fit-out works, (2) Demolish single storey extensions to side & rear, and construct new part single storey and part two-storey extension to side & rear, (3) Upgrade existing site entrance onto public road, (4) Upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment system, Ecoflo Coco filter & gravel bed distribution system. Together with all associated site development works - SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

To (1) raise eaves height of existing dormer dwelling to form two storey dwelling, (2) erect single storey, side attached extension & single storey front Porch, (3) install new wastewater treatment system & percolation area, (4) all ancillary site works

Of alterations to as built development previously approved and constructed under planning reference 04/2348 which includes retention of (a) house position, (b) additional floor area at ground and first floor, (c) alterations to plans/elevations (d) site boundaries, location of as built entrance walls & roadside fence together with RETENTION of existing detached domestic garage

For construction of a two storey dwelling, detached domestic garage, effluent treatment system, percolation area & all ancillary site works.
