To retain (1) demolition of existing derelict cottage, (2) to retain existing domestic garage and domestic storage shed and PERMISSION to (3) Erect replacement fully serviced single storey detached bungalow, sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all associated works

To retain (1) enlarged carpark area to northwest of existing church building (2) boundary fencing and associated kerbing works (3) vehicle safety barriers and drainage works (4) associated ancillary site works and structures

For retention of existing single storey pitched roof extension to the south west side of the existing dwelling and retention of single storey, pitched roof detached garage to the north east boundary
