To construct an agricultural shed for the purpose of housing & handling livestock, animal feedstuff and for keeping farm yard manure dry, together with all associated site works

For existing dwelling house as constructed, on revised site boundaries as well as all ancillary site works and services

For a dwelling house, garage and private wastewater treatment system with all associated works and ancillary services. Gross floor space of proposed works 203.90 sqm.

For the felling of approx. 35.4 hectares of conifer plantation and drain blocking within an area of up to 39.1ha for the purposes of habitat enhancement and peatland restoration. Works will include i) Manual and mechanical felling of coniferous trees, ii) Drain blocking by installing dams in conifer forest drains to maintain, enhance and restore the favorable baseline hydrological and ecological conditions
