(a) erection of a new 30m multi-user telecommunications support structure, 3 no. lighting finials and 1 no. new outdoor cabinet, (b) erection of 3 no. antennas and associated remote radio units and 12 no. communication dishes onto the existing 54m high telecommunications support structure and (c) the relocation of existing telecommunications equipment from the existing 54m telecommunications support structure to the new 30m multi-user telecommunications support structure all enclosed within the existing permitted security compound and accessed via the existing permitted site access gate; the development will provide voice and mobile broadband services in the area

Minor technical amendments to the development permitted under Planning Reg No 16/494 to provide for (i) an increase in the permitted wind turbine rotor diameter from 60 metres to up to 70.5 metres; (ii) re-location of the permitted wind turbine by c. 4 metres to the south together with the re-location of associated ancillary infrastructure; and (iii) all associated site development works. There shall be no increase in the tip height of the permitted wind turbine which shall not exceed 91 metres. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
