The development will consist of: (i) The construction of a three-storey extension to the north of the existing school building consisting of a two-classroom special education needs unit with ancillary accommodation, classrooms, staffroom, and all associated ancillary accommodation; (ii) Demolition of 3 No. prefabricated buildings and a shed; (iii) Internal alterations to the existing building to create a connection to the proposed extension at ground and first floor level; (iv) Provision of a temporary site entrance along the N80 to facilitate construction access (v) Construction of a new carpark, EV Chargers, set-down areas, external soft play areas, sensory garden, landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths, paving and all associated site works to complete the development.

The construction of a two-storey standalone extension (circa 425m2) including three general classrooms, a science lab., preparation area, toilets and ancillary accommodation with associated site works

For a 49.5m2 two storey extension to the side of our dwelling together with all associated and ancillary site works

Retention permission for the change of use of an adjoining domestic garage to use as a habitable part of an existing dwelling and all associated site works

The construction of a standalone building to the rear of our existing premises to be used in conjunction with our existing community centre as a counseling/training hub, connection to services, associated parking and all associated site works
