Erect a 8,875m2 manufacturing & engineering industrial extension with 1,020m2 additional office space to the side of the existing 5,550m2 manufacturing & engineering industrial & office building along with all associated site development works

Alterations and revisions to the already approved permission granted under PRR 20/632. Retention permission is sought for (1) an additional 275m2 of floor area to the already approved 2,300m2 manufacturing & engineering industrial unit now totalling 2,575m2 with minor alterations and revisions to the elevations and (2) minor alterations and revisions to the elevations, floor plan and internal layout of the connecting office building providing an additional 200m2 of office floor area to the original 2nd floor approved storage area with an additional 60m2 fire escape stairwell to the already approved 440m2 office building, now totalling 700m2. All associated site development works including storage yard, car parking, signage, and connection to the existing services and the same as approved under PRR 20/632

Erect a 2,300m2 manufacturing & engineering industrial unit with connecting 440m2 office building along with all associated site development works including storage yard, car parking, signage and connect to the existing services

Construction of Biofuel facility comprising of a part 3 storey and part single storey commercial building with a total floor area of 1771m2, covered truck filling / unloading area. Pipe bridge and tank farm storage area. The overall building height is 14 metres with solar panels on the roof. The maximum height of any storage tank is 12 metres and the boiler room chimney is 15 metres. Extension of the existing Kish Business Park access road, footpaths, drainage and water supply to serve the subject site. New internal roads, footpaths, 21 no. car parking spaces, 10 no. cycle parking spaces and parking and circulation areas for 10 no. trucks; 2 no. vehicular entrances, pedestrian access, boundary treatment and landscaping, ESB substation and new underground foul and storm water drainage system for the site including rainwater harvesting, attenuation pond, full retention oil interceptor and associated works. The application site area is 1.6 hectares. An Environment Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application

Erect 14,500.77 m2 of photovoltaic panels on a ground mounted system with all associates site works at Servier (Ireland) Industries Limited. The development will comprise of a 2.0 MWp Solar PV farm on 3.36 hectares of land located to the south of our existing pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The electricity generated will be used by Servier (Ireland) Industries Limited. The development will comprise of photovoltaic panels with ground mounted frames together with all ancillary cabling and electrical infrastructure; 1 no. transformer cabin; 1 no. spare parts cabin; using all temporary ways and temporary construction compound / set-down area included on the application
