1. of a single-storey extension to the side and a dormer extension to the rear of an existing dormer dwelling; 2. PERMISSION for extension of the dwelling via a part conversion of the domestic garage to residential use including domestic storage above, a new front porch and a dormer extension to link the dwelling and garage conversion; 3. For development consisting of: erection of a part two storey/part single storey dwelling with attached carport, new site entrance, wastewater treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To replace the existing silage pit with two silage pits, dungstead with retaining walls and all associated site works

For extension and alterations to dwelling house, to include kitchen-dining-living area, changes to existing windows and doors to rear elevation, additional roof lights to en suite and bedroom 3, with proposed domestic garage, and upgrade existing septic tank to new treatment system and percolation area
