Of minor modifications to the elevations of the building previously granted planning permission under Ref. No. P21/212. Modifications include removal of two number windows on the west elevation, removal of external double door on the north elevation, removal of skylight on the lower north facing roof, retention of two number velux windows on the upper north facing roof, removal of a window on the east elevation and retention for the continued use of the building for residential purposes together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works

To construct a single storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling (Previously Granted Retention Permission, planning ref 25/60497) together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works

To A) construct a new dwelling house with attached garage, B) provision of a new site entrance, C) installation of an advanced waste-water treatment system D) all other associated site works

To construct a detached garage and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application

To A) Demolish existing dwelling house, detached garage and detached rear garden room. B) construct a new dwelling house and new detached rear garden room. C) Installation of an advanced wastewater treatment system, D) and all other associated site works all within revised site boundaries
