For Retention Permission (previous approval granted under 02/626 & 85/15289) for the following as constructed alterations to dwelling house & detached domestic garage (1) to include first floor extension to rear of dwelling house, together with minor alterations to all elevations (2) revised garage layout and elevations (3) site layout to include revised location of site boundaries, site entrance and domestic garage location

To carry out the following (a) alter and extend existing bungalow, (b) demolish existing domestic garage and erect new detached garage and (c) form new site entrance with entrance walk and piers

For development consisting of a new dwelling house, domestic garage, advanced waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

On a site previously granted planning ref no. 20/191 for revised site boundary, revised location of advanced treatment system and percolation area all ancillary site development works

To alter & extend existing two-storey dwelling. Works to include: 1) Demolition of the existing conservatory & alteration to the south-east elevation; 2) Construction of a single-storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling; 3) Internal alteration & provision of an additional window to the north elevation, together with all associated site works

To construct a dormer type dwelling with a detached domestic garage, sewerage treatment unit, percolation area, erect new entrance walls and piers and all associated site works
