For the following items: RETENTION of a later edition extension to the rear of an existing original house, consisting of 1 additional bedroom at ground floor level and additional bedrooms at first floor or attic level when the new roof was being constructed (Circa 15 years ago), including velux roof lights to the side and a minor modification to the site boundary to ensure the septic tank and its associated percolation area fall within the house lands, and all associated site works on and under land

To construct a new dwelling house, domestic garage, and a wastewater treatment system with percolation area and soil polishing filter, along with a new vehicular entrance/exit to serve the proposed dwelling. The application will also include modifications to the existing entrance serving the existing cottage, connection to the public water supply, and all associated site development works and services necessary to facilitate the proposed development
