For: (1) Construction of a proposed 2 storey type dwelling (2) construction of a detached single storey domestic garage (3) to break new entrance onto road (4) to install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (5) and all associated ancillary site development works

To RETAIN single storey extension constructed to rear of the dwelling with increased roof height over and above previously granted under 64/5097 and to RETAIN single storey domestic garage/ store and PERMISSION to upgrade existing entrance and construct entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site works

To construct a single storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, form entrance onto roadway, together with all associated site works

To retain the use of lands for the purpose of caravanning and camping and associated site works including 'portaloo' type temporary toilets, access driveway and entrance from existing laneway

(1) to decommission an existing septic tank, (2) to relocate and upgrade to a new wastewater treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works
