For development which will consist of modifications to the permission granted under Application Reg. Ref. 24/294 to include (1) changes to internal floor area incorporating a change of seating area in permitted extension to back filled drinks fridge, an increase in the net retail area from a permitted 74sqm to a proposed 83sqm, incorporating an increase in the area of the permitted off licence use from 9.5sqm to 12.9sqm and revisions to staff and back of house areas, (2) associated elevational changes including new fire escape door, and (3) the provision of a new accessible car parking space and associated changes in forecourt

For development of the site at Circle K Shannon, Tullyvarraga, Shannon, Co Clare V14 K201. The proposed development will consist of (i) modifications to internal layout incorporating a change of use from ATM Room and staff toilets to retail use to include the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (i.e.off-licence use), where the floor area for the off-licence use is 9.5sqm. and is ancillary to the primary retail use; (ii) an associated increase in the net retail floor area of the retail unit (now totalling 74sq m.); (iii) the relocation of existing deli and food preparation area; (iv) the construction of an external service yard (25.2sqm.) to north of existing retail unit; (v) an extension to south of retail unit to incorporate a new seating area (26.96sqm.) (vi) changes to elevations to incorporate new fire doors; (vii) modifications to station forecourt to include the construction of 4no. EV charging spaces, with 2no.. associated EV chargers, modular substation and C. T meter cabinet with associated signage and lighting; (viii) the relocation of existing 1. D totem sign and; (ix) all other associated landscape, boundary treatment and site development works

For the following works at the Oakwood Arms Hotel, Smithstown, Shannon, Co Clare: (A) Construction of a new external private patio area with boundary walls, landscaping and wall mounted sign. (B) Amended existing main vehicular entrance area and associated site works. (C) The erection of 2 No standalone signs located along the Southern boundary of site with associated landscaping, lighting and site works

For development at an existing hotel consisting of: extension to Second Floor to accommodate additional 29 no. Bedrooms; extension to First Floor to accommodate additional 6 no. bedrooms; alterations to existing layout of part ground floor and part first floor; new lift and all associated site works including provision of additional parking

For the change of use of existing Leisure Centre into 10 No. Bedrooms, corridor, and all associated elevational treatment and site works, all at the Oakwood Arms Hotel

For the following works to a building granted a temporary change of use from dwelling house to office/educational use under planning permission 11-509 and used for this purpose until the expiry of the permission, (a) Change the use of the ground floor of the building from dwelling to office use & (b) Make minor modifications to both the elevations & the internal layout of the building and all associated site works
