To demolish existing derelict outbuildings and to reconstruct as a new single storey building comprising 2 no. short-term tourist-catering type accommodation units. To construct detached domestic garage and carry out associated site works

To retain (a) single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, (b) single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling and (c) alterations to front elevation and all associated works

To (a) remove existing derelict building and associated outhouses; (b) construct a part two storey dwelling, part storey and a half dwelling, detached domestic garage and install propriety sewage treatment unit and percolation area and form new entrance off existing agricultural laneway, together with all associated site works

To retain alterations to 2 no. of existing detached dormer style dwellings with integrated domestic garages granted under planning Ref. No.'s 07/340 and 02/1034. The alterations consist of the change of use of each dwelling to 2 no. of self-contained 2 bedroom residential units and to retain detached single storey garden amenity building and garden shed
