For extension to existing dwelling along with new treatment septic tank system and site entrance, to include all associated site works

To construct a building, in which to provide a space for business and management skills training and career/interview coaching purposes, office administration area, install a wwts and percolation area and all associated site and ancillary services. This building will use the existing access road and entrance through the grounds of the family dwelling house

For the following development to a)demolish existing rear extension; b) to renovate and extend existing dwelling house including raising the eaves and ridge height to provide first floor accommodation; c) to construct a new standalone artist studio pod; d) to relocate the existing site entrance; and e) to alter the existing front boundary walls along with all associated site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a slatted unit and associated site works
