To construct a new gym along with all associated works

For the proposed development which comprises the following: 1) Provide additional floor area on first floor over existing dressing rooms, including new rear access route to the rear of the building with provision for future passenger lift. Redesign of existing roof and elevation to the required head room for additional first floor space. 2) Relocate the existing referee’s room and public toilets to new location adjacent to existing covered stand area Comprising construction of a new single storey building to incorporate both.

To extend dwelling house

Of the existing private garage/storage facility and conservatory at the rear of the existing dwelling house to include the changes to site boundaries and for planning PERMISSION to RETAIN the extension to existing commercial offices previously authorised under planning permission P96/105 with all necessary ancillary srvices

To a) change the use of the existing office building to a granny flat ancillary to the existing dwelling house on-site, b) construct a porch extension, rear dormer window and make elevational changes to the proposed converted granny flat, and c) all associated site works

For the following: 1) elevational alterations to the existing house, specifically the rearrangement of the existing windows and front door and the introduction of timber cladding, 2) construction a private garage 3) relocation and upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system 4) improvements to the existing site entrance 5) all associated site works and services
