(a) construction f a new single storey side extension to the existing house. (b) alterations and renovations to the existing house comprising of new roof with first floor habitable accommodation along with modifications of elevations and plans increasing dwelling from a three to six-bedroom house. (c) the development shall provide for associated site development works, drainage, driveway access and landscaping to accommodate the proposed development works

A single storey extension to replace existing flat roof portion with larger addition as phase one and for single storey extension as phase two all to rear of existing dwelling and with connection to all services and associated site works

To retain the dwelling house as constructed

Single storey rear extension, new rooflights to west side of existing roof, new windows to existing west façade, new covered entrance porch, internal alterations to existing dwelling and associated site works
