For alterations to the front boundary wall and entrance to the GAA grounds, together with all ancillary works at the location of the entrance previously granted planning permission under Planning Reference No P21/1379 on the 5th April 2022

To construct a permanent entrance to grounds together with all ancillary works and services at the location of the temporary entrance granted planning permission previously under Planning Reference No P19/580

To construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house along with all associated site works and services

For the construction of a new clubhouse, car parking and associated site works

Of increased roof height and installing new roof light windows to rear of dwelling with internal modifications

To raise the existing ground levels on the site and to construct a Synthetic All Weather Playing Pitch thereon to erect a 2.4m high Heavy Duty Nylofor 2D Super-Betafence inclusive of access gates on the perimeter of the pitch, to install 3.6m high ball stop netting above the level of the pitch perimeter fencing, to erect a similar 2.4m high fence to the northern boundary of the site, to install 6 no floodlighting masts (12m high) with a floodlighting average spread of 200 lux at pitch level and to contruct a 7.0m wide temporary entrance from the Ballycarr Rd to facilitate the construction of the development.
