Of the development which consists of the conversion of the attached garage for domestic use, the new pitched roof over the garage & all other associated site and ancillary works

For a development which will consist of the construction of a pitched roof over the existing garage which will contain a bedroom and toilet on first floor

To change layout of the existing dwelling, remove the existing single storey element to side, and to construct a single storey extension to the front, side, and rear of the dwelling, with all associated site works

To change the use of part of the building from Montessori school granted permission under Planning Ref. 0921063 back to original dwelling house including closing up of the existing Montessori school entrance door with all ancillary works

To change internal layout of that granted under planning permission P17/297 and change of use from a training room to a pre-school childcare room.

For (a) to extend the grounds of the Childcare facility to the North with the construction of additional carparking spaces, an access road along with a new entrance and converting some of the existing carparking area to children’s play areas with additional fencing & hedging along with ancillary works and (b) RETENTION permission for roof canopies on the existing main building and an outdoor class/sensory room
