To construct 1 No. Poultry house together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins and wash water tanks) and all associated site works (to include the provision of an on-site waste water treatment system/septic tank and percolation area) arising from the above proposed development. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R) will be submitted with this planning applications.

To (1) construct an agricultural slatted shed to incorporate slatted area, external feed passage and underground slurry storage tank, (2) walled silage slab, (3) complete all associated and ancillary site works

To erect a part two storey, part single storey dwelling house, detached domestic garage, entrance gates and piers, waste water treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted which include (i) significant alterations to the design to reduce the ridge height, (ii) the relocation of the building on the site, (iii) relocation of site entrance and associated realignment of driveway

To renovate and extend existing dwelling, works will include part demolition of existing dwelling and the construction of new extension, permission also sought to install new sewerage treatment system to replace existing septic tank, form entrance, demolish existing outbuildings and all ancillary and associated works

To retain alterations to elevations and plans of existing dwelling, site plan and all ancillary site works
