To construct a 3 metre high security fence with entrance gates to the site at Block E and join it to the existing fence surrounding Block D by crossing and closing off the estate road between Block E and Block D, and install new entrance gates, and set back and align a portion of the existing fence line on the Block E, and carry out all associated site works on site

Further to previously granted planning application Ref: P16-405 for amendments and additions to the car parking area and all associated site works and services. Previously granted were 202 nr. parking spaces. The new total will be 298 nr spaces (96 nr. additional) including 15 nr. accessible spaces and 29 nr. electrical car recharge spaces
